The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to several outdoor markets in the heart of Seo-gu, Busan. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only downside is that the hotel is surrounded by refrigerated fish warehouses and is a bit removed from the main tourist hotel district. There are also very few restaurants within walking distance. That said, I always felt safe, even when walking around at night. Right across from the hotel are outdoor sports facilities, including tennis courts and exercise areas. It was nice to watch people jogging, working out, and playing tennis from my hotel room. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service.

The couple that runs this “off the beaten track” hotel feels like a large bed and breakfast. Nowhere else can you have a view of the bay and shipyard. With that said be prepared for a location that is not in a tourist spot. If you’re looking for typical sights you may need to rethink this choice, but if you want a caring staff and interesting experience. Choice this hotel.

It has a stunning oceanfront view and is very clean inside. The views of the neighboring properties are not particularly attractive; however, the area felt quite safe.

The hotel is an older property, but it is clean. The rooms are big compared to other hotels in S. Korea. The only thing I didn’t like was the lighting inside of the hotel. The stairwells were dark because they don’t keep the lights on. I believe this is because they want to conserve energy? However, if you wanted to use the stairs you could just turn the lights on yourself. The ocean views from the room and the rooftop terrace were incredible! The staff were very friendly and helpful! There were a couple of seafood restaurants a block from the hotel. The area where the hotel is in is more industrial. But a short cab ride can take you anywhere in Busan.

The Rooms where clean, the bed was like a brick very hard and uncomfortable. The surrounding area was a fish market the smell was terrible unless you like fish. Nowhere near a beach. Nothing around the hotel

It was beautiful ocean viw from my room and there were plenty of restaurant near by.

Very friendly staff but limited English… communication was a bit difficult…

It had a beautiful view from my balcony of the port and the bridge. Easy to public transportation. The hotel is a little older but is well maintained

Size of the room is massive. Friendly staff.

Our room had a beautiful view, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Close enough to a bus station but have to walk down a back alley to get to hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and we barely slept. Breakfast included was limited to a piece of toast, a hard boiled egg and a small cup of coffee.
