Chambres sans clim, petites et claustrophobiques! Même prix pour une chambre pour une personne ou pour deux personnes... incompréhensible! Que certaines chambres n'ont pas de clim ce n'est pas marqué lors de la réservation! A fuir

Great and helpful staff. No air conditioning in all rooms.

No air conditioning and refrigerator

The shower didn’t drain properly leaving around 100mm of water in the bath at all times. Main light didn’t work, only one plug socket with an extension. Pretty poor quality room for the price we paid.

Bonjour, Modifier les chaînes de TV. Les chaînes ont changé de canal cordialement

it was good stay; communication was good

This was the most atrocious hotel I have ever stayed at. I reached out to the hotel & Expedia personally before sending this but since there was no resolution I’m hoping to save someone else their money. $300 a night hotel to have ants in the bathroom, bugs in the bathtub, brown muddy water coming out of the sinks and the power outages. This building is not maintained, both expedia and the hotel promote photos that do not replicate what this hotel looks like. I sent side by side comparisons to Expedia showing them and “the most they could do” was offer me $25 one key Expedia cash. I travelled with my mother as two females this hotel felt unclean and unsafe.

Very old hotel with limited upgrade. Not much guest very empty. No air conditioning, open window with some breeze but noisy from the train, road

The host was extremely gracious and very helpful.

Perfect location, quiet and friendly staff. We used it as it’s ease of being near the Gare de Lyon. Would use again
