Great hotel once I was able to correctly book it. On my first booking, after I confirmed booking with Hotels.com, I got a message from Diamond Sea saying something wrong with payment and if it's not resolved, then my booking will be canceled. I had to spend time calling Hotels.com to resolve and Hotels.com was unable to resolve. And for some reason, couldn't get it resolved with Diamond Sea, so Diamond Sea canceled my booking. This was frustrating and wasted my time and efforts. I had to make another reservation and start all over using the same credit card I used the first time. Still don't know Diamond Sea had issue with my initial booking/payment. That'll forever be a mystery!

Wonderful stay at Diamond Sea! Shella was such a gem and truly made the experience wonderful, we now have a new friend. The hotel was extremely well situated, right on My Khe Beach, which made our morning beach walks and swims so easy and fun! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Oh and the breakfast buffet - ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS. Freshly cooked omelette station, pastries, Vietnamese dishes, stir fries, mountains of fresh fruit, juices and coffees. It was so good! Great value.

I booked a doubler room which was very spacious considering other offerings which also had a great balcony and beach front view. Worth the extra couple of dollars. Staff were extremely friendly and polite, there mandate was definitely 100% customer satisfaction. The buffet breakfast was the best I have experienced. Something for everyone and the staff made sure to keep it fresh and well supplied.

Breakfast was great. I was very concerned about mold issues due to Da Nang's climate and have smell mold in other hotels in Vietnam, but my room here had no mold smell and I was very happy about that! Friendly staff and liked the parking situation for the scooters. I would stay here again

Excellent hotel in great location. Staff very helpful if a bit over exuberant in clearing your breakfast table whilst you’re still up getting more! Was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade on my first visit but sadly not on my most recent. Overall would highly recommend.

I just finished a two week stay. It was the fourth visit. The Diamond Sea hotel is great for many things location, amenities, cleanliness and restaurant. For me what stands out is the staff. Great people doing great things to make your stay memorable. Looking forward to my next visit.

We love this hotel, Right in front of the Da Nang beach, A modern, beautiful clean property, the staff is phenomenal, the breakfast is delicious with numerous items. Our wait staff Jennifer was wonderful and others were as attentive to my wife's illness. We spent many afternoons on the rooftop pool next to the bar with the amazing 360 view of Da Nang. We definitely will come back to the Diamond Sea next time in Danang. The price is excellent as well.

Place was great. We’ll be staying there again.
