Great breakfast

My experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. While staying at the hotel, the housekeeper removed a bag containing my valuables from my room one day before I checked out. I only realized the item was missing two days after departure, but it was clear I had left it in the room. When I contacted the hotel, they checked the room and claimed nothing was found. Instead of helping, they blamed me for not taking proper care of my belongings. They insisted their housekeeper had not touched my items and that their staff would never take anything, as it was “against their regulations.” The hotel then refused to provide any further assistance. I had no choice but to file a police report. CCTV footage obtained by the police clearly showed the housekeeper taking the bag with my belongings out of my room the day before checkout. Unfortunately, the video quality made it difficult to confirm the exact contents. Since the hotel continued to deny responsibility and refused any compensation, I escalated the case to Expedia. The hotel told Expedia they would not offer any compensation for the loss or their handling of the situation. In the end, Expedia provided me with a $50 OneKeyCash goodwill gesture.

位置优越；服务周到

Very low-end hotel geared toward budget travelers. The atmosphere felt crowded and noisy, with many guests showing little regard for basic etiquette. Fine if you’re looking for a cheap stay, but not recommended for those seeking a comfortable or upscale experience.

The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, walking distance to subway station, and many restaurant options. The staffs at the front desk were friendly. Although overall it was clean, the carpets showed signs of aging, and house keeping was sloppy. They didn’t vacuum the carpet for the first two days and only did so after I told the front desk. Shower cap and other toiletries were not replenished promptly, the bedding was not done properly. One of the towel had a big black spot on it. I left it it out to be cleaned, but the house keeping fold it and put it back on the shelf!

Very nice

A little shabby, but good sized rooms. Air on was terrible, room constantly at 29*C with AC set at 16* Pool too cold to swim for us and jacuzzi was bubbleless. Gym well equipped. Good shops and food outlets within the building. Avoid the Peking duck place though! Staff helpful and pleasant and some nice decor touches. A good base to explore from. Theres a great cafe tucked up a side street that is great quality and really cheap!
