The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Having access to make hot tea all the time was very much appreciated! The only downside was that our room door would stick and the keys did not work well. We had the try the key multiple times to get the door to unlock.

The room had an odor and there was hair in the shower and floor of the bathroom.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful. The only issue encountered was with the elevator. One elevator was out of order during my stay, which resulted in a ten-minute wait during peak hours.

fresh paint on the walls in my hallway, I bumped into the corner while someone was painting and they could seem to care less. Location was good cause hey it’s NYC so you take what you can get

The hotel is not maintained very well. We got towels with make up on them and other mysterious stains, the blanket had yellow stains all over it and forget about putting anything is a drawers. Brakfast was very basic and while all we needed is some dry cookie or a muffin and a yogurt we couldn't get those too. They do have a cinnamon roll which we ate the 1st day but opted to buying something else for the rest of the stay. We got to ask for the yogurt a few times and the staff wasn't very helpful or welcoming. I would not return to this hotel.
