Property is poorly maintained. Reception area is so small and can barely fit 8 people with broken patched couch. Rooms outlets were broken and our tap had issues. Only plus was it is Close to time square and we could walk. We took 2 queens and 3 of us could barely move. I think they had pretty ok breakfast which we could not try.

Great Stay. Close to restaurants.

Breakfast was not very good. Thin chicken patties 2 days hard as a rock, cold waffles, do not like egg white omelets , never had enough cinnamon rolls out, things were out of things, cereal, yogurts, juice frequently. One of the coffee machines broken. Room- ok but our soap was out 2 days, Kleenex out, no wash rags one day.

Amazing friendly, helpful staff, great neighborhood, easy to get around with many dining options to choose from. Hot Breakfast with diverse options. Rooms are typical NYC small. Only downside hotel exterior under construction and patio area not usable.

The facade was under construction so scaffolding covered everything and there was no signage out front, so it was a little tricky making sure this was the hotel, but once inside everything was clean and felt safe. The reception desk was always manned and the staff was always helpful and professional. Our room was clean and breakfast was satisfying.

Desperately needs an upgrade. Crusty and dirty common spaces. The front pots had dead trees, hallway carpets are nasty. Doesn’t look like they have a budget to keep the place up. Good location is about the only thing, close to lots of food options.

Affordable hotel in Manhattan

Very good and clean. Nice work.

As an IHG member I've stayed at a dozen or more Holliday Inn Express chains across Canada and the United States in the past 10yrs. I've had consistent great stays until this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was poor. Too many floors (11) for (2) tiny elevators that were overcrowded and slow regardless the time of day or night. The breakfast bar was an absolute crap show. So many people from 7am until it closed.at 9:30. Staff scrambling to keep trays full. It had such a tiny breakfast area with nowhere for anybody to sit. The room we booked said it sleeps 4 but hardly. Very little floor space and zero drawers for clothes, items. Way too small of a room for the 2 adults and 2 teenagers we were traveling with. Also, rats running around in the bushes outside the front lobby. Yep, big rats! I would recommend against staying at this location. The hotel was very off brand from the consistently pleasant IHG hotels I'm used to staying at.

The hotel staff is awesome. The rooms were clean and refreshing. Very close to Pier 88. Highly recommend
