Booked a sea view room that had cockroaches running every where. We switched rooms after we killed 5 of them. During the switch, even the bell boy saw roaches running along the wall and he knew we weren’t lying. We also booked a room for our cousin who was staying for 1 night, and she had bug problems too. Honestly, this is a good location, great looking rooms, but they need to spend a little bit of money on pest control.

Pleasant stay

Tired is probably the word to sum the room up. We had no problems with staff who were helpful. The room was tired and a bit grubby. The aircon leaked within an hour of turning on. This was reported and fixed within 30 mins so we can't fault staff for responsiveness. The laminate flooring was warped maybe due to heat, inside of the wardrobe grubby and general mould in the bathroom not helped by the fact the showerhead aims water straight across the bath area rather than at an angle. The outside windows were very dirty. I get it's 6 floors up but paying extra for sea view you want to make the most of it. There were also a few faulty bulbs which didn't affect us but again points to lack of maintenance. Location wise we thought it was great.

The room was clean. The staff is great. The location is good. It is near the beach and also there are plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance or a short motorbike ride away. Close to the baht bus routes too.

Bed was horrible was like sleeping on rock. Was so bad I rebook a different hotel just a half a block away and left 6 days early

It was worse than domitory style hostels.

Good

Staff were terrible. No breakfast even though it was booked and paid for. Best of ants in our first room. Lost my laundry and then lied. All n all, not great at al.
