Lovely clean, air conditioned room to return to after a very hot day spent in the capital! Very helpful staff with any of our concerns and questions.

Great hotel with really nice breakfast.

Clean room good wifi and special reception from tge concierge

Aurelie is amazing! So friendly and helpful. Made us feel at home. Neighborhood is quiet, walking distance to laundry, groceries, and public transportation. The only negative thing is the beds were not comfortable. Everything else is amazing!

The cleaning staff for my room was especially good

The staff were amazing - so kind and helpful! The rooms were well cleaned and tidied up everyday so no complaints at all about any staff. However, the AC is not actual AC in the rooms and there are no fan options for being able to circulate air in the rooms. Would not recommend this hotel during any warm months at all as the rooms are very very hot and the AC isn’t actually AC.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly!

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean. It’s was extremely hot in Paris but the hotel done its best to keep room and the property cool, much appreciated

We were booked for three nights. Our stay lasted about 45 minutes The hotel “lobby and reception” area was tight; the man at the desk was unfriendly. I saw nothing of common areas. All was dim and small The one elevator was small and then our room was almost minuscule Nowhere for our luggage. Barely space to walk around the bed We were so turned off that we cancelled our trip We spent the next 1/2 hour trying to reschedule our return flight and then booking a room at the Innside Hotel by Meloria at CDG airport As an idea of the neighborhood, we couldn’t get an Uber driver to pick us up. He said he wouldn’t come This was an incredibly bad experience on what had been an eleven day trip to Amsterdam, Strasbourg, Colmar. We had hopes of ending with a weekend in Paris This booking ruined everything The Expedia presentation was so misleading
