Guests must transfer via airplane or boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Please note that the property is only accessible via 45-minute seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport in Male. For same-day seaplane transfer, guests on international flights must arrive in the Maldives before 4 PM and depart after 9 AM. Guests must send arrival and departure flight details directly to the property at least 7 days prior to arrival. Flight departures may be affected by weather conditions, international flight connections, and aviation regulations. Maximum luggage allowance on the seaplane is 44 lbs (20 kg) plus 11 lbs (5 kg) hand luggage. Fees apply for excess baggage and must be arranged in advance. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.
