The individual from Guest Service provided exceptional service. Kept me hydrated all throughout my stay. Communication with the front desk was great and they clearly explained the hotels policies & procedure when I had a slight billing issue. Would definitely be back and recommend to friends. My apologies for the mix up!

The premium room at the Barclay was quiet, clean, comfortable, and a home away from home for a week-long stay.

Very nice, historic hotel. Good blend of newer conveniences, technology and touches with the classic charms of an older NY luxury hotel. The property was very clean. Nice location, still within walking or short driving distance of many locations. The staff was very helpful and nice. Really enjoyed the bar and bar staff was great. It was nice to be away from Times Square given the more peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Also, much closer to 5th Avenue for shopping. The rooms and bathroom was nice, but a little on the small side. Not terrible, but a little tight. The mattresses were not as comfortable as I would expect for a hotel of that level.
