Staff were so welcoming and helpful everywhere you went. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Absolutely loved this place. Everyone was so kind and after 3 nights of having a great time in the city is was nice to have a fantastic resort for the last part of our stay.

This is the third stay here. The only hotel I will stay at in Bangkok. Beautiful place. Beautiful people. Exceptional service.

Outstanding hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and all areas and clean and well maintained. Shuttle boat to BTS and Icon Siam is very convenient. Great drinks in the Elephant Bar. Tour desk has some great options, if you are looking for something to do last minute.

Bathrooms were really clean and the food was really good. Staff were very helpful. Will come here again.

Clean room, good staffs

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I arrived very tired after a long trip, and even though I arrived two hours after the official check-in time, my room was still not ready and I had to wait. There was no real consideration or proper apology, which made the situation even more frustrating. For such an expensive hotel, the level of service is far from acceptable. Additionally, the amenities are very limited. They only provide water and coffee for free, and everything else comes at an extra cost. What’s worse is that the price list is not transparent—it’s hidden behind the snacks, which feels misleading. Overall, I don’t think the experience justifies the price. I expected much more for what I paid.

Superb hotel - great restaurants, bars, swimming pool and spa. Boat trip for dinner was also first class.

Very clean hotel at all, good located on the riverside, very friendly staff and great service, good foods in any restaurants , I will definitely come back again.

We loved staying there. It felt like a real 5 Star experience at a very good price. The grounds are beautiful and we loved our room. The swimming pool looks like it could use a bit of an upgrade but it was still very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
