It was charming and in a great area of Paris

I was in a deluxe room that was quite large and had a lovely view. The room was clean. The bathtub was quite slippery and tall. Anyone with even a slight mobility issue would not be able to get in and out of the bath safely. The condition of the room was not great. There were a few holes in the wall that need to be addressed. My major issue was that I chose this hotel specifically because it had a mini bar. however, the mini bar never got even close to being even moderately cold. I spoke to three different staff people with no resolution. Upon checking out they basically just said c’est la vie.

Great staff, location and rooms.

My traveling companion got sick and we couldn’t go on the trip. This hotel wouldn’t refund any of the cot even though I canceled 1 month in advance.

This was a beautiful hotel that saved us from the heatwave when our Airbnb didn't have AC. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. We also enjoyed the L'Occitane bath products.

I was in Paris during a heat wave. Having A/C in the room was critical and it helped make my stay comfortable. Great location, close to Luxembourg Station with direct train to CDG.

Breakfast was delicious. Conveniently located.

Tucked away in close access to the Metro / RER B, and the Mouffetard market, this hotel offers a spirit of generosity to its clients. The young man at the front desk was particularly helpful with my imperfect French and welcoming.

Great hotel with fantastic AC in the summer :) excellent and charming location with great restaurants museums and parks nearby, accessible to and from airport by RER B line nearby

Such a gem of a hotel. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back again
