Dirty carpet/ no plates, fork and spoon/ no microwave/ no iron/ toilet bowl was blocking and not proper flushing/ only 1 bed sidetable/ no smoking are near by the hotel/ security said smoke in the roadside under the tree but they were smoking between shop and big covered sign. Decided that never ever stay again there.

The rooms are outdated, but this is my second time staying here. The location is great and it is walking distance to a lot of shopping. Rooms are also very spacious. Breakfast is great.

Location is the best. Room is clean n spacious. Staffs are friendly. Luxury room comes with 4 bottles of water and snacks. Buffet breakfast is great. The only thing is my next door room kept running water all night.

The suite was clean but aged and overused, staff was on business, food was an average but elevators are awesome. The positive is location to fashion malls, Central World and Big C.
