Great local hotel. Easy access to restaurants, bridge views of Manhattan, great customer service, and large, well appointed rooms.

Box hotel was rude on phone when needed to make a change - not helpful - will not stay again

I needed a lil extra time to check out and they were kind enough to help me out ! Tyty one again , FIRST CLASS STAFF ! They make you feel like your home! AND even when there are large events the service never falters!!!

The customer service was great, my room had an awesome view, and checking in was super easy. The only problem was a small leak from the AC and not enough towels, but they fixed it quickly. I'd totally come back and stay again.

This place makes you feel like family when you come down there and everybody every single person I’ve met behind the dust cleaning the place in the bar just the people at the door is amazing. However I will never go anywhere else. I know most of their names and they make my Brooklyn stays so awesome!!!! Where else can you go where there’s so much room the places are big and it’s just like staying at home

The room was very clean, spacious, and has a beautiful room. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Angelina and Ray were amazing in making my vacation in Brooklyn one to remember.

We could hear people in the neighboring room at 1:30 at night making loud noises. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I did not know what to expect. Loved the casual vibe. Tall ceilings make a difference. Took clean. Great location if you are visiting in Long Island. Loved.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the rooftop. It was closed, yet no one could tell us why, and if and when, it would reopen. I don’t think asking for an explanation was unreasonable. We also asked the concierge to arrange a cab. There was a $20 fee for this service. We walked out to the corner and hailed our own.

Beautiful rooms in great neighborhood. Pleasant staff.
