Our room 2116 was very dated. On enterting the room a strong musty odour was present, chips out of tv surround wood work, peeling to wallpaper border and toilet was stained. The beds were clean and very comfortable so as we were only staying one night we accepted the room as it was. If it was a longer stay I would have asked to be moved room.

Overall a lovely stay. Staff were helpful in the hotel. However we had an issue with the air conditioning and a delay in collecting our bags.

A wonderful Disney hotel where the magic begins even before you enter the parks! The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit with our kids, especially during the hot summer days. We also loved dining at Hunters Grill, which offers an excellent buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner. The location is fantastic—about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland and even closer to Disney Village. The complimentary shuttle service is another great convenience. One important note for families: the room occupancy information on Expedia can be a bit misleading. While it states that children are welcome, a family can only stay in one room if there are four guests, or if the third child is under 3 years old. If you are a family of five and your youngest child is older than 3, you will be required to book an additional room. This detail is not clearly explained during the booking process, and I think it's important for families with three or more children to be aware of it before booking. Unfortunately, we had to make last-minute arrangements for one member of our family, which was disappointing and added unnecessary stress to our trip. Just be sure to double-check the occupancy rules if you're traveling with three or more children.

We stayed during a heat wave and the air-conditioning and ice machines couldn't cope. Apparently it is being renovated which it needs. Our bathroom plugs didn't plug, the bathroom door didn't fully close . However, we weren't visiting to stay in a hotel so none of this really mattered. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We couldn't book a reservation for food but it was not an issue as we ate at the parks. For what you need, its fine.

Beds were amazing, shower was OK but make minor changes! Comes with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Room was clean but needs a few touch ups. The overall hotel was good - the scent of pine inside is not overpowering and really adds to the experience. Outside the beautiful scent of jasmine. We needed a DAS pass which was easily sorted inside the lobby and supported by reception.

The closeness to the Disney gates was the main reason we stayed. It saved us so much time and we got a magic hour, too. The staff here were incredibly helpful and always went the extra mile. The hotel was spotless- would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean rooms and beautiful common areas and outside grounds. Very conveniently located to Disneyland Paris Parks.

Lovely cosy lodge themed Disney hotel with very helpful staff. The food at Hunter's Grill (in-house buffet restaurant) was also excellent.

Room and surrounding hotel was clean. The rooms are just incredibly dated. The breakfast was fine but had very little gluten free options or dairy free butter which would have been nice. The character meet and greet was good but would have been nice to know which character was going to be there on which day so we could plan our stay a bit better.
