Room was in excellent condition. Breakfast was very good and very good service. Highly recommend the hotel

Everything was good but not superb

Great location, very clean and luxurious. Only downside was that our room weren’t ready at the check in time

Good location; comfortable bed; the only issue we experienced was after waiting to order a drink for close to 30 minutes we in the courtyard, we gave up after 30 minutes of them not arriving. Beautiful courtyard none the less

Clean rooms , welcoming staff and perfect service

Nice place, convenient location

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and unfortunately did not receive the five-star service that was expected. Despite being a VIP member through Hotels.com, having already paid for breakfast, and leaving a €600 cash deposit, I was repeatedly disturbed in my room—10 times in one morning. Even while I was in the shower, someone knocked on my door asking for breakfast payment, as if I were trying to avoid paying. This happened despite it not even being my checkout day. head concierge Carl Phillip is very helpful It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially given the circumstances. The only highlight of my stay was the concierge team—they were helpful and kind. Sadly, the rest of the experience did not meet the standard advertised. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location but construction was happening while we were there and one day water was off for an extended few hours. They are under staffed

Really good hotel. Will definitely return.

Great
