Very friendly staff and nice room with AC

The room was clean, the staff was great and the location was excellent - near train station and multiple metro lines. My mattress was broken on one side and the elevator had some issues during my stay, but things like that happen and the team handled it well. I definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Paris!

The hotel was very clean, had nice amenities, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Had a great stay at Montparnasse Saint Germain. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Paris and close to restaurants, cafés, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was always kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has a calm and welcoming atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after long days walking around the city. Everything felt efficient and well organized, from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in Paris.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and we appreciated the room upgrade.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. We only stayed one night, but were very pleased with our choice. We had a fantastic dinner at Les Fauves, just steps away. Breakfast pastries were a slightly farther walk in the early morning, but still very manageable. The room was quite small, with limited space to walk around the bed, which took up most of the room. The toilet and shower were also very tiny. The staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. The area felt safe, quiet, and very convenient overall.

Good sized room, nice and clean. Super friendly staff.

The hotel is located near one of the main train stations in Paris, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also within walking distance (30 mins) to Le Bon Marché for anyone who enjoys shopping. The hotel feels very secure, as staff need to press a button to let guests in. The room was quite spacious considering the price, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating — they were even happy to keep our butter in the fridge when we asked.

Left an item in the room, hotel claims nothing was left. It was a £170 Nintendo
