壮丽城市度假酒店 (Majestic City Retreat Hotel)

Proximity amenities are ok, the restaurant is average, for 24 floors they have two low occupancy lifts? Which can be challenging at peak hours! Be patient!

Rooms look tired n needs updating

The room is perfect but I have been staying in the hotel for over 10 years. Its about time the television appliance be changed. Everything else is outstanding. I must give a generous recommendation to the gentlemen, who handles your luggage from inside and outside the hotel. The gentlemen are the cornerstone stone of Majestic. These gentlemen provide you a warm welcome and professionalism attitude. Especially Mr. Derrick, who always provide great customer service. Thank you

It is a very old hotel, and many things don't work. Leaky bathrooms, old uncomfortable beds, and stinking carpets. Will not stay here again. The clubs are all pick-up joints.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They do not have microwave in the room, that is only thing i did not like it. Another thing was elevator was taking too long during rush hour. Overall, everything was very gud and nice atmosphere.

Good

Need more elevators

Way above my expectations. Really great stay with excellent comfort! The front office staff during check-in were very considerate and helpful where seeing we check-in early morning at 4am our checkout time was extended by 2 hours which was very helpful for us. I would highly recommend Majestic retreat Hotel for anyone who wants to have a stay in Dubai during their long layover during transit. Great view from the 20 th floor too!

Spacious rooms... Breakfast could be better

The Staff was very friendly and helpful.
