The cleanliness of the room was poor. There was a weird smell in the apartment. The apartment was tired looking. The wardrobe doors were broken. The toilet keep blocking. The only good thing about this place was the location.

Fabulous clean hotel, friendly staff Pool outside, air con, location close to just walk 10mins to Disneyland Would definitely come back to stay

Great staff. Convenient shuttle to Disney. Air Conditioning! Its centrally controlled, so fixed at 20 degrees, but if you'd like it a little lower, just ask at the front desk. Shopping Mall within 5 mins walk. Amazing restaurants and courtyard with outside eating. Flavours from around the world. Good sports bar too. Convenient to Chessy train station if you take the Disney shuttle. Laundry on site. Pool lovely.

The hotel and pool was everything we expected and hoped for. The location being walking distance to Disney was perfect and the available shuttle bus to the park made a difference on the very hot days.

The property was clean, has quiet AC, the hotel was quiet and it was nice to have a kitchen! The shuttle was half a block away from the hotel to go to Disneyland and everything went smoothly.

hotel is in a great location if your going to Disney.

Clean room/kitchen Staff are always happy to help We would never stay at another hotel. I believe this was our 9th stay.

Great base for Disney at a very reasonable price. 15mins walk. Lisa at reception was particularly lovely to deal with and responded to my emails very swiftly. Air con in our room was very effective and a lifesaver during the recent heatwave.

The location is ideal as it’s 20 minute walk to Disney. The shuttle bus is a nightmare it gets so busy at times it felt suffocating and unsafe . Heck in was slow as there was long queue and only ever one person on reception. Our room was ok, it wasn’t the cleanest - food was stuck between the gaps on dining chair, stains on soda bed. Toilet kept blocking, the room was badly battered and had weird brown stains on the roof. Sofa bed was hard and we had no pillows for the sofa bed and staff refused to give us any. After complaining repeatedly we was given a duvet to fold up and use as a pillow. My teenagers were not happy with this. The air con didn’t work and we was in the heatwave it was 40 degrees so we couldn’t sleep and all felt rather ill from the heat. The man on reception was REALLY rude and dismissive and said nothing he can do . He was so rude I was too upset to then go to him again as he really upset me . I don’t understand why Disney influencers rave about this hotel unless they get given nicer rooms because the hotel know they will put it on social media
