超赞 The Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely great! The room was clean and functional. The elevators were fast and alwasy working. The staff was amazing. I stayed in the room for several hours and really enjoyed watching all the channels they provide on their big screen TV, something you do not see in 80% of the hotels in NYC. Perfect location, everything you would want to site see is within a mile walking distance. The best part for me was the subway station. It is about a 4 min walk to South Ferry station. We had to travel to see Ragtime and it was a straight shot to Columbus Circle. On the way back it was the last stop, super easy.

This is the perfect location to stay while visiting New York. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff was Great. Rafael checked us in and he was very helpful with finding our rooms and letting us know areas we can visit. I do advise to, please buy you late night snacks before you return. The room has a microwave and small refrigerator inside, because buying from the pantry is very expensive. You can walk 5 minutes and catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. Several eateries in walking distance as well. I will definitely be returning.

The room was not clean & so was the bathroom. I have to ask 3 times on a given day to have our room clean & changed the bed sheets as it had black stains. The service of the restaurant is bad.

Our AC was not working throughout our stay, and we had terrible water pressure. The cleaning was not thorough during room service.
