This hotel sucks. Rooms were dirty, bedsheets were stained. Hotel service was bad. They never answer phone calls. The hotel caught fire, there was no fire alarm to notify residents, they now quickly rushed us out and took us to terrible hotel and didn’t give us no updates while my flight was next day and left my passport in the hotel room. The sad part of this was, I paid for breakfast and I never had breakfast be she’s they evacuated us and still didn’t try to get us breakfast at the new hotel they took us. They didn’t do anything about it till a police man helped me retrieve my passport to be able to fully leave for my flight the next day. Eventually I booked for a nicer and better hotel. If you are reading this, please don’t go to this hotel. Every resident complained bitterly about them while I was there. Save your money. I have been trying to get my refund for almost a week and still no response. I was so disappointed!

Dear sir/madam greeting I left the hotel four days earlier, because the hotel was not clean, I stayed on three day no cleaning the room every time I ask the house keeping to clean the room they reply we are busy and when I asked the receptionist they said we are in shortage of manpower, therefore I decided to check out after three days and booked different hotel. So please I need my refund for four days I trust you that you will be fair with this situation, because I told you the reason why I check out early. best regards

Dirty, outdated and budget. Really avoid if you can.

Ready for a refurbishment

Do not book a stay here under any circumstances, the photos are fraudulent and the hotel tries to take advantage of people's desperation once you arrive and see the state of things. Don't think it has ever been cleaned, I'm disputing the charge with my bank after seeing my room and immediately telling them there is no chance I'm staying or paying.

View is great but service staff is not good

After confirming my reservation, I arrived at 11pm on the day and after queuing with others for 45 minutes, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that I would need to find another hotel at midnight. I was advised that a refund would be processed within 5-6 days with no apology offered. Terrible service and behaviour

Bad room , bad hotel , terrible staff , no towels I ordered towel no one answer me, i went to reception i order again towels they told me after few minutes u get towel , i waited for 1 hour , no towel , i used my tshit to dry my body after shower !!!!

The room was dirty upon arrival. No towels Hair on the toilet seat, and overall the room was dirty and the sheet was as well. After speaking with Reception i was told they would send up housekeeping as they didn't offer a room change, indicating they were full. While I steped out for Dinner i had expected the room to be clean and it was never done. The next morning checked out due to the poor service and was told that Expedia would handle the refund
