good to stay

Check in Gentleman and Security were phenomenal, room is spacious yet basic. Booked this hotel for proximity to my office but would NOT ADVISE anyone to book the property purely because of the elevator situation. I’m writing this from the 49fh floor (of 71) I’ve been sitting waiting for an elevator for the past 36 minutes. I’ve called reception twice, all elevators are full. They give the excuse of its “checkout time”. Maintenance gentlemen is assisting me to try and get the maintenance elevator. Already missed my transfer to Abu Dhabi. Save yourself the stress and do not book it.

Superb hotel in terms of location (very central, Metro within walking distance, taxis available within a minute of booking them, excellent restaurants in the vicinity, 15 minutes to the airport, direct metro line to the airport etc), amenities (3 restaurants on site catering to different dining experiences, swimming pool, sauna etc), but best of all are the amazingly welcoming, friendly and proactive staff. Everyone without exception was like this, but the following stood out: Nabin, Lalit, Dinesha at Le Veyron cafe; Jaya and Su Pastry chefs and Hajam in concierge. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!! I’d rebook in an instant.

The hotel was amazing but the manager was very rude.

The rooms are spacious and large, clean and the staff at the hotel are helpful. The swimming pool with views of Bhurj Khalifa and skyline of dubai is amazing. Good choices of.restaurant and cafe within the hotel and very reasonable pricing for food and drinks. I would recommend to stay here as the metro is 100 meters away from hotel and easily reachable to dubai mall within 10mins
