I would not recommend staying here, especially considering it's advertised as a 4-star property. In our opinion, it was closer to a 2-star experience. The exterior looked old and tired, and overall it was not what we were expecting. We ended up shortening our stay to just one night and booked accommodation elsewhere because we were so disappointed. The one positive was Ruby on the staff, who was wonderful to deal with. She was understanding, professional, and genuinely listened to our concerns about why we weren't happy.

We had a lovely stay here overall. The location was great and staff lovely. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. The down side: although it says access to a pool - and we expected a walk a few minutes - we were told by one staff member it was 20mins walk and another that it was 'under renovation' - unlikely in the middle of summer. There is no pool access. We were recommended a public pool 20min drive away where we would have to pay entry. This was extremely disappointing as there are nicer hotels for similar price in the old quayer without pools which we may have booked. We had interconnecting rooms however this was via a third door to enclose the two rooms with a small hall. This meant we could not close our kids' door as we would not have been able to get back in if they were sleeping (the key was needed for the aircon). The hall was also a 'common hall' when the locked door was not in use and therefore had sensor lights which came on throughout the night if others were on the level. Given we couldn't close our room doors this was annoying. Roof top was not fitted with furniture to spend time up there and no lights at night.

The staff were nice, tried to be very helpful. However, even though you book a “Courtyard Room”, it doesn’t have a courtyard and no view at all. It gives you a rooftop area, however, at night it’s very dark to get too and there are no chairs to sit on! It says access to pool, what it doesn’t say is, you have to pay a fee to access it a different hotel. It needs a lot of care and attention to make it a four star hotel.

Only problem we had was the live music each night from next door 9pm until 1 am not good when you have to get up at 4am for a long haul flight and 6.30am other days for day trips

The hotel is in a very busy area. Easy walking access to food and entertainment but it also means music from next door was blasting through the walls. If you need sleep, this isn't the place for you. Roof top is nice but the view from the roof top and the rooms is straight on the highway. Breakfast was great. The quality of the room is like a decent model. No AC. It felt warm inside. The highlight for me was just that the drag are really nice. Otherwise no wish to stay here again.

Great service great central location between the old and French quarters!! Certainly would stay again.

Lovely staff who were very helpful and welcoming

The view from the room was terrible. Constant heavy traffic 24/7. No English channel on tv, only Vietnamese channels. Utube was on the tv but "not available ". But the room was a family room, which they gave me as an upgrade.

Staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is centrally located. I had an enjoyable stay. I would stay again.
