满意 I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service to and from the airport. Once we arrived we had to wait a little over an hour for the shuttle. The next morning we had to be at the airport by 6am. The shuttle service starts at 6am so I had to pay for a taxi.
The bed was comfortable but the room the room did not feel clean. The seating area was a little stained. The AC only worked if the key was inserted and it took a while to cool down.
The staff was very nice and the restaurant was open 24, 7. My daughter took advantage of the gym. The pool area was also nice.

Clean room and facilities. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast. Shower did not drain well and would overflow.

Solo traveler. Only stayed 1 night as I was moving through Bangkok to Chiang Rai. The hotel was very responsive and provided clear communication on where to find the shuttle from the airport. The property is well kept and walking distance to a 7-Eleven. I walked to the store at night with no safety concerns. There is a 24 hour restaurant on site. The food was cooked to order. I only wish I had more time here!

My daughter and I just needed a place to sleep during a layover, and this place was excellent! Great selection of things to eat at breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable beds, and air conditioning (once you use your key for the lights, the air conditioning will turn on it just takes a little bit). Made us wish we had a longer layover so we could check out the pool!

Everything was great and I have enjoyed the day I spent in this hotel. Peacedul, clean and very nice staff, I wish I had more time to spend.

很好 Good value for a clean, friendly hotel. The breakfast had good variety of food but not as tasty. Limited choice for vegans though they took time to prepare a tofu dish without meat.
I would come back again as it has scheduled shuttle service to airport round the clock.
