Clean room, tower warmer was nice. However, the hotel staff barged into our room 3 times on separate day

Lovely air conditioning, rooms were very clean - amenities lovely! I had mobility issues and the hotel had a lift / easy access to the rooms.

The first day my room was not ready for 2.5 hours beyond the check-in time (3pm). I was supposed to be informed if it was ready and it appeared they forgot about me. Besides that, the bathroom at times had a funky smell to it, though I can say I never did tell them to check that out because it wasn’t strong enough to make me want to pack everything up and move to a different room. Pretty friendly staff, especially the gentleman at night that got me extra towels when the housekeeper did not come in on the second to last day.

Excellent location just staff are not very talkative or friendly and rooms are very tight

Excellent hotel and even better location .

Loved being on the ground floor especially during the extreme heat wave. The spa and pool were life savers. Breakfasts were simple and tasty with lovely fresh produce .

We really loved staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool especially after the 40 degree heatwave. The water was the perfect temperature. The bed was small but very comfortable. The staff here are very helpful. We booked an Uber that didn't show up. The hotel was able to secure us a taxi . We were very grateful as we were heading back home and there was a shortage of taxis because of the heat wave.

Beautiful hotel and very nice staff. I arrived with food poisoning from the plane, very sick. They called a doctor who arrived to help me within the hour. I was very appreciative. We had a great stay once I felt better.

It was very nice stay

The hotel was very nice but it was very small, so if you want big spaces and rooms it will not be a good fit. Overall, a good experience, 8/10 breakfast and nice staff.
