Great location. Many restaurants around. Subway station nearby. Good breakfast. Can recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was excellent—situated in a beautiful, central area that made it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient and lovely location.

It was our second stay and we really enjoyed coming back. The staff is absolutely lovely, very helpful. The whole place is super clean, inside and outside and the seeing is gorgeous. We loved the two outdoors during areas to enjoy a nice apéritif or even breakfast. We'll come back again at the next occasion.

When you are guests of 4, the number of towels should reflect. The guests shouldn't be requesting for them every single day. Otherwise, a very decent hotel and the location is convenient.

Very nice ambiance. Directions in English for air conditioning and coffee machine and shower would be helpful. Kleenex not refilled after housekeeping and had to use toilet paper so almost ran out of toilet paper.

Your rating system only shows 4 or 5 stars and I'd give it a 4.5! We had a little issue with dampness in our room (I think the previous visitor caused some carpet flooding), which was instantly remedied as they changed our room. As for the hotel, the inner front courtyard and back courtyard/garden were a delightful retreat. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and delicious breads and baked goods. However, the shining stars of this hotel are the wonderful staff who were so welcoming, personable, helpful, accommodating and professional. This was such a positive experience, and if we stay in this area of Paris again we'd most definitely return to the Villa Modigliani. Once again, thank-you so much to the staff.

Great location. Air Conditioning worked great in our room. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Great hotel and everything went well.

The room was perfect for our family of 4. The room was spotless and modern and the beds were comfortable. A lovely quiet location and a lovely outdoor and bar area to sit. Staff were very friendly.

It was such a lovely stay, extremely well located, close to shops, restaurants and transports but still very very quiet, in a quiet street and around two beautiful inner gardens, which allowed for relaxing times at the hotel, especially during the heat wave. We loved drinking our coffee or taking "apéro" next to the water fountain, surrounded by flowers and bushes. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, they went far and beyond to make our stay a lovely one. Our room was very cute, comfortable and clean. We had the one with a little extra room, and a tea and coffee maker, which was a very nice addition. We will be going back on our way back home after touring more of France.
