Room was clean … AC worked great … staff were super nice … amazing location! 10/10 would stay again!!

The location was excellent! The rooms were small but clean and had a cool vibe. The breakfast was good in a pinch (which we did one day).

Staff was extremely helpful with all aspects of checking in and making sure everything was okay. I also liked that hotel location was centered around many shops and restaurants and walking distance to metro station. They also had Air conditioning which was very convenient due to high temperatures. I would recommend that staff checking out guests get better training so that they don’t overcharge for taxes. I was charged twice, but hotel made sure refund was processed as soon as possible. Overall stay was excellent.

We loved our stay at Hotel Louis II. The location is amazing, hotel is super cute, very clean, and offers 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff was very helpful in making recommendations and reservations for us. The rooms are small but perfect.

I was traveling solo so I needed a single room which was fair price value compared to others with same rates. Location was very good and staff was nice.

Hotel Louis II was a great hotel for our family. We did book a family room so we had 2 adjoining rooms which was nice and definitely needed. The rooms are small but nice and comfortable. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. Travelocity says that the hotel offers 24 hour airport shuttle service. This is not the case. The hotel ordered us a taxi to get to the airport. If I had known that, I would have ordered a different service we used to get to our hotel from the airport because it was much cheaper than the cab the hotel ordered for us.
