The breakfast is very poor and the space bad .the hotel and the rooms need renovation

We only spent one night but we had a great experience. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to subway, pier 15 (with a great view on Brooklyn bridge), one World Trade Center and multiple restaurants. The rooms are small and some stuff needs to be fixed but it feels cozy and it’s clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The only downside is the really strong smell of kitchen coming from the restaurant located in the lobby. Otherwise I gave five stars because we really enjoyed it!

Excellent location conveniently close to downtown with outstanding facilities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. One thing to keep in mind is that rates can be quite steep during peak seasons, so booking in advance may help. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!

Easy place to stay at.

This hotel is definitely not a vacation hotel. The breakfast buffet was merely a continental breakfast for $20 and not advertised as is no microwaved in the room. Very small rooms would not recommend although there was a 711 right around the corner for coffee since there was not a Keurig in the room.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We seemed to have checked in on a great time Thursday, as Friday and Saturday the lobby was full of people waiting for rooms. Unfortunately, our trash was not emptied once while we stayed and had to do it ourselves despite requesting room service every other day. The same for towels, as we had to request them from the front desk on day 3 since our room was never cleaned. Note, the rooms are very dark even with the bedside lights. We had a one king room with a very small window, but seemed typical for NYC. Overall, the hotel met our needs during a very busy time in the city and we were thankful for the kind staff at the front desk

Simply awesome

room had a particular smell, but it was clean. we also had some type of fly/bug flying around. elevators were slow.

Worst Marriott property ever been too. Rochester only 1 ice machine it was in the cellar hotel advertised discount parking i had to park a half mile away. No microwave fridge was built wietd missing shells couldn't use it for anything. Not pleased with stay paid $400 a night should have spent $200 tops
