纽约柏悦酒店 (Park Hyatt New York)

The Park Hyatt, New York is not a luxury property. I stayed in one a large suite at the hotel. It was one of the blandest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. There weren’t even flowers in the room. The manager and the night manager are rude and extremely uneducated in any form of customer service. Next time I’m in New York. I will stay at The Four Seasons, which is exactly where I should’ve stayed in the first place I can’t believe I ever convinced myself to stay here. I thought of the Park Hyatt had a reputation and a name for excellence in New York but the Park Hyatt is just a regular Hyatt hotel that a traveling businessman would stay at to save money. Even though they’re charging new luxury prices. If you’re searching for a luxury hotel, stay clear of the Park Hyatt.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel but the staff were providing misleading information about the room. And were not very accommodating when it came to switching rooms. The room and the king bed feel a lot smaller than described. Not worth the $1000 /night price. Pool was fancy but water was very cold

Beautiful

I have stayed in over 25 different luxury hotels in Manhattan and this is by FAR the WORST value for money you will ever find. Try better M.O., 4 Seasons or Ritz Carlton. Trust me, I know them all and this was my first (and last) time at the Hyatt

Amazing experience!

Excellent!!

Excellent stay. Highly recommend trying this hotel—the indoor pool was a plus with kids and service is impeccable.

Great place

I always enjoy my stay at the park Hyatt the people that work there are so kind so accommodating there is valet parking which I love the guys out. Front are always so helpful and nice. It's walking distance from so many great restaurants and shopping. The indoor pool is so perfect for the winter months when your children wanna go for a swim, but it's too cold. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely be going back.
