Staff were so friendly and helped with what ever they could and were very accommodating.
Loved the hotel and the decor. Breakfast was the same but I think that was fine for my 3 night stay.
Spotlessly clean and rooms very comfortable.
Would highly recommend.
Good location for trips and short walk into Georgetown.

Hotel is very well decorated. The locations is excellent. Fantastic shower and great aircon. Breakfast is tasty but basic and identical every day

The room was unsatisfactory it was only room on the ground floor at street level and it had no window that we could open ,we could hear breakfast staff in at 7am,I dropped my engagement ring and had to pull out the locker to try and retrieve it it had not been cleaned for a long time lots of dust ect spoons papers ,I liked the hotel but would advise anyone to ask for a room upstairs

Location is great but the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was HARD not just firm and the pillows had no support. Breakfast was cold and lacking. But the location is great to walk around Georgetown.
