Ac wasn’t strong but overall a good hotel

Location is good, I like they can feed in 4 beds in one room

Excellent Tokyo hotel in the heart of Shibuya. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us forward our luggage onto Osaka (as we’re travelling through Japan). An amenities bar in reception was great for little things you had forgotten like toothbrush, tooth paste, body cloth etc - and it was all complimentary. Everything had been kept to a very high standard and the stay was highly enjoyable.

Great location. Friendly staff. And good food selection in lobby

Great location and close to indoor malls for rainy days. It is an uphill walk from the crossing so keep that in mind if travelling with a lot of luggage. Staff were very kind and helpful. They offered a wide range of amenities which was lovely. My only concern was the moisture in the room. The AC worked well but could benefit from a dehumidifier as the air got very moist in the room.

everything was great

Good location

Loved the area! It was just a short walk to Shibuya Station and conveniently close to all the shops, including the Disney Store. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My only minor complaint was the breakfast. There were only four options available, so if you're staying for several days, it becomes repetitive fairly quickly. Aside from that, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the excellent location and outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay. Central to all the places we needed. Close to shopping, food and Trains. Staff were very helpful and accommodated our request to have rooms close to each other. Luggage transfers to and out of hotel was excellent and staff was very helpful assisting us with our request. Breakfast at Pronto was a nice treat. Basic and choice of traditional Japanese to generic American style. It was sufficient enough for our family. Other choices near by if needed. Will be sad to see it go, but happy to have been able to stay here and be part of the hotel’s history.

Good location
