The staff is amazing and property is very clean. Breakfast was top notch.

the room was spotless and the hotel staff was extremely helpful.

One if the few places that rooms get cleaned timely and house keeping arrive quickly. Front deak are helpful

Really comfy bed with very good pillows. Good location- short walk(8min) to metto, many supermarkets, restaurants, and ither amenities a stones throw away. Staff pleasant and hrlpful. Only negative is the gym is in poor condotion and in need of updating and cleaning. Pool was really tiny too so i didnt use it.

You have to pay 200$ security deposit, first time hotel ask me for that. Found bugs in the room. Not friendly for smokers Food not such good

Very nice room. Decently located 10-15 minute walk from metro.

Yes

Clean and I’ll be back again

As I entered the hotel I felt good till I got to the reception desk and met Mahmoud. He started politely and then shifted and made me regret booking at this hotel. I thought about the possibility of cancelling the booking but that was not possible. The reason I booked the hotel was because I was coming from a long trip and I was exhausted to relax there, but sadly Mahmoud ruined my mood and the whole idea of staying at the hotel. I am very disappointed and sad… to the extent that the same night I had an accident, I don’t think I will be going to the same hotel anytime soon. In the morning while checking out two ladies very nice and it was a smooth check out.

Very friendly staff impeccably clean and comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast could be improved a little, variety is lacking a bit but all the rest is perfect.
