Oh where do i start !! Right on Time Square!! Perfect safe location and extremely safe ! Front desk was so helpful but the housekeepers ROCKED ! I mean this sweet lady what worked when we were there went above and beyond and was so gracious every time we tipped her... even the lady at checkout was so thankful for a tip. But AGAIN.... Housekeeping was 10/10 !! Perfectly clean rooms and always helpful with water or kleenex or towels. Just a pleasure to always see !! I highly recommend. There are THOUSANDS of other hotels in NYC and both my 11 yr old and 16yr old are BEGGING to stay at this one AGAIN when we go back. I like to change it up and try new places everytime but the awesome bathroom here and service just may bring us back!! And the views were SECOND TO NONE !! Highly recommend!!

The thing I like . They come up to you wand tell you if you want the room clean or a time so they can come back . I love the lady that did it she did a good job and gave us extra towels n more

La ubicacion muy buena. El lobby un poco precario, sin asientos y con un mostrador mas propio de un local de comidas rapidas. El personal del mismo como el del valet, poco colaborador y bastantes antipaticos. El acceso a las habitaciones, pese a tener un sistema de control, no es implementado y no hay personal que chequee la posesion de la tarjeta, lo cual permite que gente no alojada acceda al bar del piso 54. El bar -a su vez- podria ser aprovechado muchisimo mejor, con una vista excepcional, carece de una minima variedad de platos. La habitacion estaba limpia y era comoda. Las opciones de la TV pobres. Tuvimos que pedir las pantuflas descartables ya que no las habian proporcionado y la demora en la entrega hizo que tuvieramos que llamar dos veces. Y finalmente, el espacio para co-wroking: lamentable. sin sillas y en un area de paso nutrido de otros huespedes para ir al bano o dejar valijas en deposito. Para ser un hotel que cobra la tarifa que cobra, deberia tener mucho mejor servcio. NO lo volveria a elegir.

Staff very helpful I had a problem with AC and they sent someone immediately to fix it; then, checked back. The room was extremely nice. Lots of water available and very nice snack bar attached w healthy options. Great location for broadway shows. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms. Tallest bar in NYC. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location. Useful store in the lobby. Next to a Walgreens in case you need some items.

We have stayed at this property 7 out of the last 10 years. The location is hard to beat but the hotel is becoming a little worse for wear. Many outlets in the room didn’t work and amenities that we used to enjoy like the heated tile floor had the switches covered up. Water damage on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open unless propped with a towel, and the windows were very dirty in the room. On the positive side—house keeping was top notch and kept us reset and stocked on everything without having to ask. Bar 54 has lost some of its appeal with two layers of very tall glass and too many tables in such a small place, it’s no longer the picturesque experience that it used to be. The hotel is still overall a nice place and we will likely still continue to stay here in the future.

We really loved this hotel, makes us want to always stay at Hyatt now. The only negative was the kids couldn't see the rooftop because it was restricted to 21 and older due to being a bar area.

The location is excellent. The rooms are decent sized. There was a limitless supply of bottled water. The staff responded quickly to requests and with one exception were kind and pleasant. On the negative side, the first room had no AC and smelled like BO. The beds had springs on the edges that scratched and scraped and presented a danger. The carpeting was worn out in places and things fell apart. Overall, I prefer the Marriott Marquis.
