Lovely hotel and pretty pool area. The rooms are big and the shower was good too.
However, when we went there was a power outage in the reception and then the water went off twice while staying there.
Furthermore, we never received our welcome drink and the bed was so hard - possibly the worst bed I've ever slept in. I genuinely have bruises on both hips from laying on my side.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were quick to address any concerns I had and provided helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, I felt that the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable!

Our wish was granted. Despite our late arrival, everything was ready for us. The room was the perfect temperature upon our arrival. Room service was prompt. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Siem Reap.

The hotel staff is very courteous and proactively attends to your needs. The breakfast is very good. Good value for money. The location is not far from the city and is therefore well suited for relaxation and a short break.
