Came to Paris with my 16-year old daughter and cannot recommend this hotel enough for location, style, service and room! The restaurant is amazing and the wait staff are so kind/attentive. A quick walk to the Louvre/D'Orsay and so many amazing restaurants/shops in the neighbourhood. And the room was even big enough that we could actually open our suitcases. Best part was that management opened up one of their top floor suites for hotel guests to watch the Bastille Day air show (they even put out coffee, juice and croissants). That's the kind of warm hospitality you can expect. Will be my go-to hotel for every Paris trip to come! Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel, warm welcome, the most comfortable beds and fantastic locations. All in all - best hotel experience I've had in Paris. Highly receomended.

Wonderful hotel, outstanding staff, great location! Our prestige suite was a corner room with comfortable king bed, nice sitting area and large bathroom with a shower with great water pressure. Gym was fully equipped and at a cool temp so perfect for working out.

Clean. Helpful staff and professional. Great food and drinks. Very hospitable

Had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Before booking, I called the hotel twice because I received conflicting information about whether the Superior Room included a king or queen bed. On both calls, I was assured that the room had a king bed. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room actually had two twin beds pushed together to make a queen size bed so basically you fall in the cracks of the two twin beds. Extremely uncomfortable I decided to overlook this issue, but then found that the air conditioning was not working. When I reported it, I was told that I could "just open the window," which was not an acceptable solution. I was moved to another room, only to find hair in the bathtub, a used tissue on the bathroom floor. Although they clean the old hair in the bathroom and picked up the tissue, no one apologized. Instead, the staff appeared irritated and inconvenienced by having to address the issue. The following day, I was told I can move back to my original room because the air conditioning had been repaired, unless I wanted to change rooms again for my second night. At that point, I explained that my experience had been far below expectations and requested to speak with a manager. No manager ever called me. They did email me saying they heard I was unhappy with the room. Overall, the room was not as described, cleanliness was unacceptable and for them to say I was unhappy with the room as if it was me complaining. Please find yourself another 5 star.

Luxury boutique hotel in the first arrondissement. Personalized attention, helpful staff, ultra clean rooms and perfect walkable location one block from the Louvre and Palais Royale and Gardens. Would return over and over again.

Incredible location! Rooms so spacious and luxurious. Staff so friendly. 100% recommend

Hotel is great. Staff is awesome, except two individuals, the first one at reception was friendly and nice but very unhelpful and she thought her vagueness was funny or cute, the second one, at the breakfast area, was rude and so impolite. Everyone else gave an outstanding service, great attitude and true willingness to help, accommodate and provide great experience. Breakfast was very bad though. Rooms are awesome. Super clean hotel. I 100% recommend, will return but will have breakfast elsewhere.

Amazing wonderful hotel great central locationo

From the moment we arrived, we were made so welcome. The lady who greeted us at reception offered us champagne and showed us to our room personally which was a lovely touch. Francine booked us a beautiful restaurant for dinner one evening. Another male staff member offered us an umb
