Small, older hotel in a great downtown location. Size of room was adequate for two adults. Staff was superb!

Air conditioning was excellent and the staff were very polite and helpful. Great location and noise was minimal.

Staff was helpful, conveniently located.

Excellent location, can’t beat the location with reasonable price. The staffs were very helpful! I don’t normally leave a review for our stays, as we travel lots and stay lots hotels and busy with work once return back from holiday. However they are so helpful and also messaged me for review/feedback! For their kindness and intention to know how their guests think! So I write this review after near a month since we stay! Above are what I like! The thing I didn’t like is the room is really small. Not much space left after place two double beds in the room! any way is smaller than I expected. Especial the bathroom! However for a late arrival and one night stay for transfer between hotels, it is not a bad idea! Next few nights we move to other hotel for bigger room less convenient as planned. So take and give! Thanks!

Great location. Short walk to MSG.

Big room with Empire State Building views

Staff was very helpful when asking directions or any questions about the city. I felt their vending selections were ok but the machines didn't work great. Despite the small rooms, they were clean and had everything we needed. You could tell they really loved and took care of the place. We would definitely come back again.

The staff were helpful and friendly at all hours of the day and night.

Very good location near Madison Square Park, very helpful staff. We took room for 4 and it was OK, not huge but enough

I ask for more face towel and didnt get it but its ok. Not a big deal…
