超赞 We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)!

Loved our time during our staff. Everything was top notch, and staff were very friendly. Highly would recommend to anyone staying in Wulai, and would definitely try to stay longer on my next visit!

良好服務態度，絕美的風景與人文。餐廳舒適，一泊四食的豐盛餐點，兼具健康與美味。
館內整潔，處處有令人驚艷的芬芳，但角落的蜘蛛網、斑駁的外牆、過度生長的通道間植栽、老舊的大浴場衛浴設備是稍微扣分的地方。

The property was quite old but fairly well-maintained. We stayed in a bigger room but the room smelled damp and a bit moldy. The public hotspring is nice but weekend could be quite crowded.

Beautiful property and view, wonderful staffs. Some parts of the building showing signs of aging. The infinity pool is now only used for performances, wish they reopen it for swimming.

We love the service and the property. We’re greeted with warm friendly staff and very detailed introduction of the hotel by Jacob. The dinner at the restaurant was very nice. The public hot spring area need a little tidying up , we end up soaking up in the hot spring 🛀 bathtub in our room . Our room was the rooftop suite with balcony, specious and comfortable bed 🛌, only misshaped was some dirty used teapot and open bottles of drink in the refrigerator. Overall the price was high for what they offered. We love hot spring in Japan and this hot spring hotel need to pay more attention to details if they want return customers. The essential oil burner they use through out the hotel was big plus, feels very calm & relaxing 😌
