The hotel was expensive for the level of service I received. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, and the room was uncomfortably warm. I asked the staff to have it checked, but nothing was done, and I was not offered another room. My room was also not cleaned or serviced during my stay. Overall, my stay was uncomfortable. Communication was difficult, and the location was not convenient for my needs.

Yes

Nice place!!!

The staff were excellent, courteous, and efficient. They were quick to respond to requests and very helpful. the location is great. short walking distance to many sights and high end shopping, and next to metro and bus lines, but far enough away to be quiet from traffic noise Downside is the hotel building itself is a little tired. there was renovation work going on in the hotel and on a nearby street. no problem at night but sometimes disturbing during the day The air conditioning broke in one of our rooms, but the staff brought in a portable unit immediately and maintenance was there the following day to repair Overall the rooms were comfortable and made our stay very easy. It is an outstanding value for money and would recommend it I hope the management appreciates how much the staff carries this establishment

its marked a 5 stars hotel, to my opinion its maximum 4
