What made my stay great were the staff. They were friendly and helpful and made sure you had what you needed. The hotel itself is a wonderful location on a lively street steps away from cafes, shopping, the Metro and 5 minutes walking at most to Les Halles. While the street is busy, you don’t hear it from the room. The furnishing and building itself needs some work. It could do with new flooring, paint, furniture. The bathroom was particularly small with an awkward shower. However, the location and staff made this a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable and the location is amazing! We hope to have another chance to visit there soon!

Excellent location Very good breakfast Small room, shower and elevator Friendly receptionist except the night fellow Poor WiFi

When we arrived, the lift was not working! We had to carry our heavy luggage from ground floor to the 6th floor without any help. The stairs were too narrow making us struggle to get to the 6th floor. The glass door in the shower room was not closing properly, it’s as if it’s gonna break into pieces if we push it further. At night, it can get very noisy as it is very close to pubs and restaurants.

Tres bien situé.Tres bon déjeuner.Personel serviable.Air climatisée tres appreciée.

Clean room everything was clean

The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good. However the safe in my room did not work and I was unable to have a bath because no rubber plug was provided. The shower was not mounted on the wall and there was no shower curtain. I would have had to get down on my knees in the bath to shower! The Receptionist allowed me to use the shower in the adjacent room after the occupants had checked out.

Perfect location. Close to Trains, Restaurants at your door step, Shopping very close by and major attractions within walking distance. Rooms were excellent.

The room was clean, the staff were nice and the area is very active with lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance and right next to the metro. My only complaint is that the room I got was very outdated and was carpeted with a very old, dirty looking red carpet. The room had an odd smell, so I had to keep the window open during my stay.

Staff and location are wonderful and that’s where it all ENDS. Shower is awful and water gets everywhere and no it’s not one of those bathrooms where the drain is in the middle of the bathroom. Beds had our backs hurting the whole time. We can feel the springs in our backs. Room got incredibly hot and was told to “open the window”. That wouldn’t be a problem if we were not on the 2nd floor and staircase was right next to our window. That’s a safety risk. Again location is amazing and staff was really nice. We wouldn’t stay here again.
