Very cosy. Very helpful staff especially Surya. Home away from home. Felt good to go back to after our daily tiring shopping out. The only thing we don't like is when we ordered food delivered we have a ways to go to pick up !

I would give this hotel a 3.5! Our family overall enjoyed our stay.
We particularly loved the infinity pool, the view from the top floors (including buffet view) and the overall spaciousness of the hotel.
As for the cleanliness, unfortunately our bedsheets although « clean » were incredibly stained from use (yellowing and marks). I think if the facilities were to improve the bedsheets used it could be great!
