一般 This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
As soon as we walked into our room, we found a cockroach and had to request a room change. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning.
Around midnight, I suddenly became extremely itchy while trying to sleep. When I turned on the lights to check, I found numerous ants crawling all over the bed. Since it was already 12 a.m. and my family was asleep, I tried to make do by sleeping on top of a towel. However, I kept finding more ants. Then I noticed a dead cockroach on the bed headboard, which was absolutely horrifying.
At that point, I couldn’t sleep at all and had to change rooms again in the middle of the night.
This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for any hotel. A guest should never have to deal with cockroaches, ants in the bed, and a room change after midnight. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

Our pool in our room was amazing.mosquitos was just an issue early morning and late night. To be expected is all. Thanks for an amazing time in this resort. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. This stay was beyond amazing! The staff was amazing and so kind. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The food selection top tier. I would definitely stay here again.
FYI it is about an hour away from both BKK & DMK airports in Pattaya, but definitely worth the distance.
