很好 Room was ok, but the fact that there is not even a bottle of water waiting for the guest’s arrival makes you rethink about options after a long trip…on a hot weather…restaurant staff was great, food was ok, security / doormen staff were always willing to help, front desk lady who checked me in was not a great experience, she was robotic, never said hello just asked for ID and Cc, I requested a high floor, quiet, I am a very light sleeper….and my room was in a lower floor hearing all street noise and right in front of the lights from the screens in all buildings across….terrible! I gave her my HH number and she never added it to my reservation…..I did not feel welcome at arrival….but since this is a convenient location for me, I decided to stay and give the hotel a chance. My check out however, was great, Asian looking guy, friendly, helpful, made it easy….and added my HH membership # without an issue. My experience overall was not so great but the restaurant, check out FD agent, and security / doormen were the highlight of my stay.
