Staff were very helpful. They arranged transfers direct to the hotel from the airport and to and from the cruise ship terminal. Also a great location for getting around.

The rooms are large but aspects of the property are dated. Overall, the room is clean with good water pressure but things like the hallway carpets are quite dirty and need updating. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is located conveniently to everything in Ibiza Town, walking distance to the port, old town and the fort.

It might be easy to missed the hotel if you don’t read the direction given through email so definitely READ it. You need a code to operate the elevator if you don’t have the hotel key. Check in is on the second floor. The room I got was big and clean. I’m so glad they finally changed the pillow case on day 2 because it really smelled like someone’s body odor. The room was spacious but there was ALOT of mosquitos. I found the culprit. It was the dried up flowers with water inside. It was filled with mosquitos. Took 2 days of killing them before the room was mosquito free hence I got bites from them. Plenty of eateries and bars surrounding the hotels. Definitely a good location.

Hotel and staff were nice, but breakfast pastries were terrible and stale and laxking beverage options . Hotel is difficult to find and using the elevator at first.

Absolutely great location, close to shopping, restaurants and attractions! The room was modern and clean, and the staff helped us plan what needed to be seen during or short stay. Definitely would use again.

Great stay all around!

I loved the security of the property. It was beautiful, in the perfect location and service was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Malda! We were perfectly located, easy access to the metro, shopping and dining. The room was really nice and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive when we had questions about where to eat or which line to take on the metro. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Absolutely exquisite hotel! Beautiful room and amenities. Bathroom was luxurious with a full bath and shower. Room service food was great and it was a super comfortable bed
