Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, quiet location but lots of walking involved to see the sites

The room size was good but we did not have any day light coming in at all as the room was located around the interior court. So it was very dark at all times, which was not great. Overall, we found the staff not friendly or helpful at all.

This hotel is located close to Metro station and within a short distance to major attractions and restaurants. Reception staff are very friendly. Not super luxurious but we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were very good and the location is nice because it’s close to everything but not on a super touristy or busy street. The amenities are great (rooftop terrace and gym) however one thing we noticed is the doors are very heavy and loud so when someone shuts their door in your hallway it wakes everyone up. Overall it was excellent but that’s the only downside.

Nice hotel with great staff. Location wise, this place is quite far to some on the main areas. Personally I’d suggest to book elsewhere for this reason if you’re not up for a decent 30-45min.walk.

Beds are very good.

Well located friendly staff ; room supplies not replenished daily (eg tea and coffee) and a leaking bathroom tap was a bit annoying however still a good stay overall

Everything was good, but unfortunately the power outage on Tuesday, May 19th, from 08:00 to 11:30 a. m in the hotel.

It located in a nice and quiet area, with quite some nice restaurants around. Staff was nice and helpful.

Friendly staff and great check in experience. Room could have used with a bit of a refresh but for the price, it was comfortable and located in a great part of the city!
