Basic hotel in a good location. Had issues with early check in, even though the room was ready and I left 7hrs before the check out time. The hotel needs to be more friendly. Cool rooms and user friendly

The beach view is nice, but the service at this facility is very poor. When we call for any assistance—for example, when the locker was not working—they send a technician only after two days. They also do not provide basic amenities properly. Instead of sending an iron to the room, they asked me to go downstairs, collect the iron myself, and use it near the staircase. “For breakfast, they send me outside the hotel to have it at another restaurent

I'm not sure about the other rooms / floors, but it was pretty dark overall, even when I found the light switches which were ALL on the right side of the bed. Its certainly a very strange design, shame the plug socket couldn't have been there instead. BTW I'm left handed
