Centrally located, very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. A great stay.

Everyone was friendly and had lots of helpful hints to tour the city and stuff to see that’s not on the must see maps

Everything was really convenient.

Excellent location and great staff. A/C fan was noisy, but room was modern and nicely decorated.

The location, staff, and room were all excellent. Modern room, fairly spacious (by New York standards) and excellent location made this hotel just perfect for a weekend stay for concerts at MSG and a play on Broadway. It was just between 7th and 8th Avenues, so another plus was there was no loitering in the area and it was very safe and clean!

The staff were very friendly. I bought the breakfast plan which was very good because they had a menu for you to choose from. It was NOT a Continental breakfast. Not only that, you could go between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. which I loved. I appreciated those times because I've never been to a hotel breakfast that extends beyond 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. The room was small, not much space to hang your clothes or put much at all in two little drawers. However, the beds were Super Comfortable! I would stay there again!

Staff was great, hotel was so nice! Really enjoyed this hotel!

Excellent hotel at a great price. Staff was friendly, room was clean and the bathroom looked brand new. Nice bar if you want a drink and a burger as well. Great location around the MSG area

We traveled to New York for the World Cup with our two children, and the location was perfect! It was easy to walk to both Times Square and The Vessel. There were plenty of great places to eat nearby, and as a Brazilian who’s almost a Bostonian, I absolutely loved having a Dunkin’ so close! 😊 The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 4 nights. My room was next to the elevator. I wasn’t too happy about that but they could not switch my room due to availability until the next day. They texted me to see how my stay was going and if I needed anything else. My room ended up being quieter than anticipated so I just stayed put. I really appreciated how they check in on me. They provided the extra towels I requested and were very polite the whole time we stayed. Great location and would stay again. I liked the bathroom. Seems like it was recently remodeled but it did leak hence the need for extra towels.
