Staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful

The hotel was great with the exception of the elevators. They are modernizing and that meant that there were only a few available elevators. Sometimes there were no elevators available and taking the stairs is not an option because the doors to the stairs are locked on the lobby level. During busy times, it could take quite awhile to get an elevator.

Overall good stay, convenient location.

Clean room

happy but no fridge or microwave or pool otherwise a nice hotel

The location was perfect and the staff was really friendly. It was great having restaurants and bars in the lobby. It was also to have a quick service shop and luggage holding. The elevator was horrible!!! You had to factor in an extra 15 minutes to your commute because the elevators were so jammed packed and took forever to come when they worked. One time the elevator would not close or open. Eventually, it opened and we all evacuated the elevator and took the stairs. The room is outdated and carpeted. The bathroom smelled awful, mold and musty. The smell was awful. The towels were frayed and overly worn. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Average hotel. Hardly Hilton standard. Not even a coffee maker in the room.

I was given a wrong place and promise for free breakfast and got charged the last minute This is so wrong and unjustified,

Hotel is degraded, I stayed in a 1000 dollar suite the day I didn't have a bottle of water in the room, full of dust, a tiny sink, even worse, burnt out lamps, broken elevator, a real chaos

Its NY, a ton of other options. If you are a hilton fan, I would recommend other Hiton locations. It is clear that the staff doesn't communicate to eachother. Our first room, the key lock batteries were dead, which has been a known issues for 2 days. The next room they gave us had dirty sheet, dark set in stains. Before 9am the cleaning staff was banging on our door asking are you leaving today? Check out time is noon. We didn't receive the full destination credit that promised at check-in. I do like Hilton, and I expect a lot more
