Booked 2 rooms for 6 nights. After check in, went up to rooms 2409 and 2405. Holy cow, 2405 smelled really bad. Like mildew. Hair on clean towels. Went to talk to the manager and she was extremely rude. Can’t remember her name but she was bald. I asked to get moved from 2405, which had 2 queen beds and she offered a room with 1 king bed. I told her that i needed a room for 3 so I needed another room with 2 queen beds. She said, too bad. You don't have a choice. A couple of other things happened but i hate wasting my time writing reviews. ~ Thank you for the callback Hilton (member since 2004)

Le falta mantenimiento, se nota que es un hotel ya con sus años en las habitaciones

Great location. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a view of the Empire State Building from our room which was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doormen and bell man who really helped us out when our ride didn’t show up to take us to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok

Staff was nice room was clean

Everything was cool , staff friendly and room clean

valet parking was exceptional and the view from the room was scenic.

We paid so much money to stay here only to be met with a very dirty bathtub and an AC that doesn’t work. The manager treated us like a nuisance

Tribble

Family vacation with two kids under 10. Location was great, service was excellent, and the room had more space than we expected. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
