This was the absolute WORST place we could have stayed. The property was not as advertised. The room was DISGUSTING. There was mildew in the shower and the water pressure was terrible. The previous guest’s hair was in the shower, the furniture was old/ratty, and we did not even feel comfortable consuming food/snacks inside of our room because the whole place was just “scuzzy”. SO GROSS!! While the location was good, I will never spend my money there ever again.

I arrived to see a concert. When I got there my room wasnt clean. There was hair in my tub and my pillow case had make up on it so the pillowcases weren't washed. I brought this to the attention of the manager named Kenya and she told me she could not switch me to a different room. Kenya said all she could do is waive the resort fee of $24. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND and will take my business elsewhere

Perfect I love nyc

Hotel is very nice however they are beginning to start a renovation project on hotel. The fitness gym area is very small for a hotel this size. I wish it was a bigger space for a fitness area. Overall happy with stay room view was amazing also. The staff was also very helpful as well.

Clean rooms, nice and spacious.

The location is excellent if you’re wanting to be near the theaters (and Times Square). That being said, they have a great front desk group (Daniel is fantastic!) but our room was tattered and WORN OUT! We’re told they are under renovation starting in January which is great, but prices will soar!

We really liked the maid service. The maid Hermelinda was very sweet and helpful.

The air conditioning was not great. Very little staff at front desk checking people in and out. Long waits in lobby.

Great location! The Millennium Broadway Hotel is in an excellent spot just steps from Times Square, Broadway theaters, restaurants, and many of New York City’s top attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I also liked that the hotel has entrances on two different streets, which makes getting in and out very convenient. The only reason I’m giving it 3-4 instead of 5 stars is because I think the hotel could improve its amenities. It would be nice to have a better restaurant or lounge with longer and more convenient hours where guests could relax and enjoy a meal or a drink without leaving the hotel. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in an unbeatable location in the heart of Manhattan.
