超赞 We spent 5 nights at Aura and couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience. The front end staff was polite and gracious. They assisted quickly when we had a small issue with our bathroom. And the cleaning staff was kind and did a thorough job each day with our room. It’s a great location if you’re visiting NY for theater too. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location if you’re seeing shows and want to be near the theatre district. It’s a little crowded being the n Times Square, but the hotel is quiet and the rooms are nice. We’ve enjoyed several stays with them and have always enjoyed our time. One thing that we wish would be a bit easier is the check in times. It’s difficult to get an early check in and the staff is pretty hard about check in times. It usually comes across as a hard no when arriving early, even without them checking what room you’re in. At least they have a bag check that’s helpful if you do arrive and want to leave your bags to step out and enjoy the city.

Aura Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean, the customer service was fantastic, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. The location is perfect, just around the corner from Times Square, making it easy to walk to many attractions. I felt safe throughout my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!
